After years of pop ups and months of renovations, we’ve finally found our forever home in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Sachi is our little love letter to seafood focussed Japanese cuisine, built on fresh seafood, sushi, sashimi, chirashi don and of course, our famous omakase.
Authentic flavours & unbeatable quality are two of the most important elements here at Sachi, we put our heart and soul into our restaurant and there's nothing we love more than sharing our flavours with you.
We specialise in seafood here at Sachi and all of the delicious fish that you taste is carefully dry-aged in our kitchen to enhance both texture and flavour.
Our signature dishes include the Chirashi-Don, “chirashi” meaning mixed and “don” meaning a bowl of rice, and Marlin Hamburg. We also offer an exclusive 17 course Omakase experience available at 7pm 5 days a week, with our Head Chef.
Our drinks menu was created to perfectly compliment every element of our food menu. We offer a comprehensive sake list, as well as premium beers (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), Japanese whiskey, wine and soft drinks for you to choose from.
