Owned by 3 friends with a combined experience of 40+ years in the Melbourne hospitality scene, the team understood the importance of deliciously fresh food & excellent service, coming together to create Sachi Japanese Restaurant. Head Chef Hong ensures elegance is delivered in every dish, with high quality ingredients running throughout all aspects of the Sachi Restaurant.

Originally launched as a pop up restaurant in Hawthorn, the restaurant's success paved the way for a permanent location in Melbourne CBD where the team have moved in to and officially called home.
