Umi no sachi translates to Treasures of The Sea.

At Sachi, we celebrate seafood through chirashi, sushi and a refined omakase experience shaped by Japanese technique.

Dine at the counter or settle in at a table for the feeling of Tokyo after sunset, right in the heart of Melbourne.

Sachi first began as a pop up in Hawthorn, followed by Carlton, before finding a permanent home on Queen Street in the CBD.

Seafood is at the centre of what we do. Each cut of fish is carefully dry aged in our kitchen to enhance texture, depth and flavour.
